Important Notice
No refunds will be provided beyond 24 hours of course access being granted. Once you have been given access to course materials, no funds will be refunded.
1. 24-Hour Refund Window
We offer a strict 24-hour refund policy from the time of course access being granted. This policy applies to all course purchases and subscriptions.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of course access
- The 24-hour window begins when you receive course access credentials
- No exceptions will be made beyond the 24-hour period
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund within 24 hours if:
- Technical issues prevent you from accessing the course content
- The course content significantly differs from what was advertised
- You accidentally purchased the wrong course
- Duplicate purchases were made
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- More than 24 hours have passed since course access was granted
- You have completed more than 10% of the course content
- You have downloaded course materials
- Change of mind after the 24-hour period
- Inability to complete the course due to personal circumstances
- Technical issues on your end (internet connectivity, device compatibility)
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 24-hour window:
- Email us at support@bbedits.com with subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your order number and reason for refund
- Provide proof of purchase (receipt or transaction ID)
- Submit the request within 24 hours of course access
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- Processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed
6. Course Access Termination
Upon approval of a refund request, your access to the course will be immediately terminated. You will no longer be able to access any course materials, resources, or community features.
7. Subscription Refunds
For subscription-based courses:
- The same 24-hour policy applies
- Refunds are prorated based on unused time
- Future billing will be cancelled upon refund approval
8. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter to our management team. All decisions made by our management team are final.
