Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Window

You may cancel your course purchase and request a full refund within 24 hours of the purchase date, provided you have not accessed the course content.

• 24-hour cancellation window from time of purchase
• Full refund available if no course content accessed
• Cancellation must be requested before course access begins
• Email confirmation required for cancellation requests

2. Subscription Cancellations

For recurring subscription plans:

• Cancel anytime before next billing cycle
• Access continues until end of current billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods
• Cancellation takes effect at end of current subscription period
• Re-enrollment available at current pricing

3. How to Cancel

To cancel your course or subscription:

1. Log into your BB Edits account
2. Go to "My Courses" or "Account Settings"
3. Select the course or subscription to cancel
4. Click "Cancel" and follow the prompts
5. Alternatively, email support@bbedits.com with cancellation request

4. Automatic Cancellation

Your access may be automatically cancelled in the following cases:

• Payment failure for subscription renewals
• Violation of terms and conditions
• Fraudulent activity detected
• Sharing of account credentials
• Misuse of course content

5. Cancellation Effects

Upon cancellation:

• Immediate loss of access to course materials
• Progress and certificates may become unavailable
• Community forum access terminated
• Email updates and notifications stopped
• Future billing halted (for subscriptions)

6. Non-Cancellable Items

The following cannot be cancelled once accessed:

• Downloadable course materials after download
• Completed certifications
• One-time consultation services
• Custom course requests after delivery

7. Refund Processing

For eligible cancellations:

• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
• Refund to original payment method
• Email confirmation sent upon processing
• Processing fees may apply

8. Partial Cancellations

For course bundles or packages, partial cancellations may not be available. Individual course cancellations within bundles are subject to separate terms and may affect bundle pricing benefits.

9. Re-enrollment

After cancellation:

• Re-enrollment available at current market price
• Previous discounts may not apply
• Course progress will not be restored
• New account setup may be required
